How long will my delivery take?
Standard delivery usually takes 3-4 working days from when you place your order. If you order before 6pm Sunday - Thursday your brownies will be baked, packed and dispatched the following day. They get collected by courier mid-afternoon, after that I am at the mercy of the courier company!
How will the brownies be packaged?
All our brownies come wrapped in a layer of greaseproof paper and then tissue paper tied up with raffia. Each package is then nestled in a biodegradable cardboard box and sealed before being popped into a biodegradable postal bag to protect it on its travels, and sent by courier direct to its destination.
I can’t check out!!
There are one or two reasons why you might not be able to check out that are quirks of the ordering system.
- If the buyer’s postcode doesn’t match the card holder’s postcode the payment will be declined by the system, and if you make too many attempts then your bank will start to get worried! This can often happen if someone has moved house recently or is perhaps a student so their card is registered at their parent’s address. If this is the case for you then make sure the addresses match, I don’t need the postal address of the buyer unless they are also the recipient.
- Another reason may be if you haven’t filled in all the details of the recipient, the ordering system likes to have all details present and correct! I don’t need the email address of the recipient, I won’t contact them unless they contact me, but the ordering system won’t let you check out unless all the boxes are filled in. If you don’t want to include the recipient’s email address then please just put in your own – it’s a pain I know, I’ve asked the clever web people to sort it out but the cogs do turn quite slowly!

I won’t, I have no need to, I only need their postal address to make sure it gets to the right person. (unfortunately the ordering system insists you fill in their email address – see above – sorry!)
Special delivery instructions
When you place your order there is a link in the shopping cart called ‘add note to seller’. You can use this space for any special instructions such as ‘please leave in porch’ or ‘if I’m out please leave next door’. Single boxes of brownie do fit through most letter boxes – just – but if there’s somewhere in particular it should be left then use this space to tell me. If you think the delivery driver might need to call the recipient in order to find their address then let me know here too.
How long will the brownies keep?
Our brownies will keep for up to 3 weeks if stored in an airtight container, they can also be frozen as they are baked fresh daily.
I'm placing bulk order to be sent to multiple delivery addresses, how do I do this?
Just place your order using your own address for delivery, leave me a note in the 'add note to seller' box and email me email@example.com with the delivery addresses. If you add each box to the cart individually you can include personalised gift messages with each one.
