No Gluten
Made to the same unbeatable recipe, but using Doves gluten free flour. Still crisp on the top, still fudgey in the middle, just no gluten. Available in all flavour varieties.

Please note that these brownies are made with no gluten containing ingredients but my kitchen is not certified gluten free. Unfortunately, as a cottage industry, this is not an option for me, but I do take the following precautions -
I store my ingredients for gluten free baking in sealed containers seperately from other ingredients.
I have seperate utensils that I only use for gluten free baking, - bowls, mixer and sieve.
I bake these on a gluten free 'shift' - that is, I do a thorough clean down between non gluten free and gluten free baking sessions to avoid cross contamination.
I have supplied these brownies to Coeliacs and to those who have an intolerance to Gluten. If you have any questions about my production process please don't hesitate to contact me.

All Varieties contain:
Sugar, Butter, Egg, Chocolate (14%), Doves Free From Gluten plain white flour (rice, potato, tapioca, maize buckwheat), Vanilla Extract
Cranberry & Orange also contains: Dried Cranberrries, Orange Zest.
Salted Caramel also contains: Salted Caramel (sugar, cream, seasalt).
Rum & Raisin also contains: Raisins, Rum.
White Chocolate Wow also contains: White Chocolate (Milk powder, Cream powder, Whey powder, Lactose, Emulsifier: Sunflower Lecithins).
The Raspbrry One also contains: Freeze dried raspberries
