Subscription Box FAQs

£16.50 per month including P&P, or you can pay in one lump sum of £49.50 for a three month subscription or £99.00 for a six month subscription.

When you place your order we aim to send out your first box on the next working day (Mon-Fri). After that the subsequent boxes will be sent out at roughly the same time each month.

If you are ordering for a particular event you can choose to receive a gift certificate by email to pass on to the recipient and then specify the month that you want your subscription to start. For example, if you are ordering as a Christmas present you can choose to give the certificate for Christmas but delay the start of deliveries until January. Just use the ‘any other details’ box when ordering.

Yes, just use the Gift Card message box when ordering, we will put your message on a gift card with your first box, or if you are sending a certificate we will put the message on there before sending it to you.

You can choose to pay for your subscription in a one-off payment – this is great for gifts – or pay monthly. Monthly payments will be automatically debited on the same day each month.

The three-month subscription can’t be cancelled, but if you’ve purchased the six-month option or the open ended option and decide after 3 months that it’s not for you, then please email us and we can cancel it. This is only applicable if you are paying monthly.
